Quick answers for PointsCard Loyalty Program: staff app, wallet passes, and checkout.
How do I get started?
Download PointsCard Loyalty Program on the App Store or Google Play, sign in with your company account, set rewards (and optional $ to points conversion), then scan customer wallet passes at the counter. Existing customers and data stay with your account.
Do customers need an account or login?
No. They add your pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet once. No customer app account and no login at checkout.
How do customers earn points or redeem rewards?
They show their wallet QR. Staff open the Business app, scan it, and award a visit/points or redeem. Balances update on the pass.
What about customer balance and prepaid packages?
Same flow. After the customer pays you, staff set that amount on their balance, or load package uses. Deduct it with a scan at each visit.
How much does PointsCard cost?
Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. Solo is $4.99/mo for up to 250 customers, 2 staff, and 1 location. Grow is $14.99/mo for up to 2,000 customers and 8 staff, with trends, busy hours, custom fields, visit photos, and daily staff logs. Pro is $39.99/mo and includes Grow, with unlimited customers and staff, and more than one location.

Can I migrate customers from my existing loyalty program?
Yes. Export your current list in whatever format you have (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, PDF, a POS report) and send it to us—we import it for you. Or add customers by hand in the company app. Each record can download an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. See migrate your loyalty program.
Where do billing and advanced settings live?
Day-to-day scanning is in the Business app. Billing, imports, and fuller dashboard settings remain on my.pointscard.app for your company account.
