  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Resolving disputes with customers directly

Payment and Billing

Some features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PointsCard and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written permission.

Location Verification

Our Service uses location data to verify that customers are at your business location when scanning QR codes. This helps prevent fraud and ensures program integrity. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of location data for this purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

Termination
